This light was even better than I expected. It gives off the perfect low profile light and it has a built-in speaker for blue tooth that is an incredible quality. It also charges our phones. I use it in a large open style family room at our house on the lake where there are a lot of windows, but at night we needed something that didn't overpower the stars we can see from inside. I would buy another one if I needed it for another room.

I bought this to wirelessly charge my iPhone and listen to Bluetooth music. I have a phone case that holds two credit cards between the phone and charger. I have had problems charging my phone wirelessly, in the past, because of this. I was planning on removing the case to charge it. To my surprise the QR-8 charged my phone with the case on! I agree with other reviews that music sounds great. The first night I used the QR-8 the Bluetooth light blinked constantly. Very annoying to try to sleep next to a blue strobe light. I messaged the company and they suggested a firmware update would fix it and it did. I’m now very happy with this purchase and Ampulla as a company.
